Abstract
[en] The burn-out syndrome is progressively affecting every kind of organization whether they would be public or private. Its significant increase in the industrial companies and its economic impact seem to require immediate actions.
This study summarizes the prevention and management methods available to face this century disease. The use of a systemic approach to cure the burnout causes in companies allows an analysis freed from differences of individual behaviors.
Based on advices from coaching and psychology experts and field interviews performed in industrial companies, specific recommendations are made to help every size of companies in the burn-out mitigation.
