Abstract

[en] Finding the way to a cleaner future is one of the main goals of our society.
There is a solution with the fuel cell electric vehicles. They would allow us to change driving propulsions with hydrocarbon fuels onto zero-emission motors. This is the future.
Car companies have already started the production of small cars. However, rather than writing about these, it is more interesting to think of the possibilities it would give with public transport. Make a change and try to obtain a zero-emission public transport network is a wonderful challenge.
How would Liège and Wallonia create a fuel cell electric buses network ? This work studies two major aspects :
1. the costs - in comparison with diesel and hybrid motor propulsions ;
2. the supply chain, from the production of hydrogen to the distribution and gas stations
