Abstract
[en] In this thesis, an analysis on AI is computed in order to understand, first, its potential effects on the economy and thus determine whether or not AI could be consider as the next GPT. Furthermore the aim of the analysis is also to know if AI could be an enabler for further innovation. The second objective of the thesis is to know what opportunities AI will bring to the Telecom and Media industry and thus to propose some AI-based solutions for the major problems faced within the sector in order to build use-cases. Finally, a case-study on the company Voo is realized to test if these solutions and use-cases are relevant for the firm.
