Abstract
[en] With the ongoing globalization, more and more companies are engaged in international business and have developed an international presence. This research investigates the way human resources practices and policies can be managed in a multinational corporation. Our empirical work focuses on one particular MNC that transitioned from a decentralized to a centralized human resources management and seeks to figure out the reasons behind their choices.
