Abstract
[fr] This master thesis focuses on the business model definition of an entrepreneurial idea.
First, a literature review was performed which presents the main concepts of the entrepreneurial
sector which were applied during this master thesis. Next to this, a small
introduction in asset management has been presented.
The practical part of this thesis starts with an exploratory market study as well as well as
a benchmark analysis. Then, the business idea was tested by applying the lean startup
model with a client during some months. Finally, the business model canva was developed
by considering all the input gathered.
Finally, the product development was further detailed by presenting the general strategy
of the product and the sales and marketing strategy.
