Abstract
[fr] The present thesis aims to study the autonomy in terms of status, content and working conditions of external workers evolving within the UCB Pharma Clinical department and the consequences of these different levels of perceived autonomy on their level of motivation and commitment to work.
After having explored the importance of developing an adequate Workforce management strategy, the study will High light the benefit to have a motivated and engaged external.
