Abstract
[en] Using internet speed makes it easy to work so I am interested to work in a group by distance because we meet new people who have different work experience from us. Also, it is a great opportunity to talk on skype and organize the meeting in different countries and languages. I really want to work in the international business area so to start it, I have to study about remote management processes, etc. Therefore because of coronavirus, everything is closed but internet shops have been replacing the shops, therefore many countries leaders started to use distance meeting by skype so I am interested how they do it …
Why remote management suits to work by distance, what are their advantages, what are their processes to implement remote management in the organizations. How virtual meetings help organizations...
In the future if we face some difficulties like coronavirus or some different natural pandemic what will we do or how can we be prepared for managing teams.
