Abstract

[fr] The objective of this research thesis is to know B2B inbound marketing methods used in SMEs and understand the impact of B2B inbound marketing on sales. The exploratory research was conducted for a deep investigation of inbound marketing. Therefore, in-depth interviews were designed with five field experts to gather valuable insights regarding the phenomenon in focus, which in conjunction with the literature review, allowed for an in-depth analysis.
