Abstract
[fr] The performing arts market has been losing ground to other creative industries and was hit hard by COVID-19, which accelerated the need for digitalization. In 2019, the Théâtre de Liège launched the "Prospero – Extended Theatre" platform. This study will explore the project's strengths, including audience expansion, partnerships, revenue, and its role alongside traditional theater. It will also address challenges such as audience demand, costs, and expertise. As streaming becomes increasingly important in the performing arts, this study aims to highlight its benefits for audiences, institutions, and cultural growth.
