Abstract
[en] Qualifio is an online platform to create and publish marketing campaigns such as contests, quiz or mini-games to engage digital audiences and collect data. It works on websites, mobile apps and social media.
One aim of the tool is to improve the Qualifio customers’ retargeting strategies by collecting data about the campaign participants. The issue is that too few customers use Qualifio to do so. This thesis had to understand the prospects and clients retargeting needs then to find solutions to improve the tool accordingly.
An external analysis (SLEPT and competition analysis) and an internal audit have been executed. Then, several customers and prospects have been interviewed about their retargeting strategies and their current use of the Qualifio platform.
The goal of the recommendation is twofold: on one side, improve the use of current retargeting functionalities and on the other side, suggest new options to ease customers’ retargeting strategies.
